Following the devastating landslides in Wayanad in July 2024, the Kerala Government initiated an ambitious township project to rehabilitate thousands of affected families.
Located near Kalpetta, the project is divided into multiple zones — each designed to house displaced communities with planned infrastructure including roads, public amenities, and green spaces.
